All bookings for studio space hire can be done instantly online via our the ‘Book the Studio’ link to our Timely Platform. We use the Timely platform to manage our online bookings of the studio spaces, however, understand that’s not all bookings are as simple as that so still welcome you to reach out if you have any questions.

We offer in house videography, photography, podcast production and content editing, so if you would like to include any of these services to your studio space booking, please reach out via email or phone.

CONTENT STUDIO PACKAGES:

2 HOUR SESSION: “QUICK CAPTURE”

Ideal for shorter projects, our “Quick Capture” package provides a two-hour studio session. Access the essentials, including the cyclorama wall, paper backdrops in various colors, hair, and makeup station, change rooms, and the convenience of communal spaces.

Customizable Backdrop Systems: Elevate your shoot with our motorized wireless backdrop systems, presenting a selection of four distinctive color options each—effortlessly altering the ambiance or style of your session*.

Comprehensive Lighting Bundle: Enjoy a complimentary premium lighting package with every reservation, featuring two Nanlite Forza 720B lights on mobile C stands. Our extensive selection includes soft boxes, flags, and additional props, with extra lighting and gear options available for a supplementary fee.

Lounge Area: Unwind during your shoot or utilize the space to gather your thoughts. Our lounge area boasts two leather curved lounges and a 50” smart TV for your relaxation.

Fashion & Styling Essentials: Prepare in style with our dedicated makeup section equipped with two mirrors, ample lighting, and an abundance of natural light. Additionally, our dedicated wardrobe section includes a hanging rail and two private change rooms for talent to prepare in a secluded setting.

*Please advise us if you require a fresh coat of paint on the cyclorama at least 48 hours before your booking start time.

This package is for those capable of running the entire production themselves, with us providing you with the essential tools for pristine audio recording. Our team will prepare the room for you, and give any advice needed, but the rest is up to you. This potentially means bringing an extra person who can set up your own cameras if you are using them, run the podcaster interface and transfer the audio data at the end.

This package is perfect for those who want everything taken care of for them, and who want to expand their audience through social media.

Our team takes care of every detail, we will set the cameras up, control the audio levels during the session, and deliver video content. The video content included within the Promotional Production package includes six social media snippet style videos, which have your branding colours and style. The social media video snippets are central to promoting your podcast, reaching more listeners and providing a variety of ways for listeners to interact with your content.

Additionally, the team will give you the full edited audio episode/s, including introduction music, breaks, cutting out mistakes, adjusting levels and generally enhancing the overall audio quality of the podcast.

Experience the full spectrum of podcasting with our “Complete Production” package. This package includes everything that the Promotional Package includes, with the inclusion of the full-length video of your recording.

This package is perfect for those who want everything taken care of for them and want the full-length video production of their recording.

 

Our team will set the cameras up, control the audio levels during the session, and deliver video content. The video content included within the Complete Production package includes six social media snippet style videos, and the full-length video of your recording. All video content includes your branding colors and style.

Additionally, the team will give you the full edited audio episode/s, including introduction music, breaks, cutting out mistakes, adjusting levels and generally enhancing the overall audio quality of the podcast.

ACCESS TO COMMUNAL SPACES:

• Lounge Area: Collaborate, relax, and recharge in our stylish lounge area, designed for both work and leisure.
• Smart TV / Digital Screen: Utilise our cutting-edge technology to showcase your work or for collaborative sessions, ensuring your creativity comes to life on a digital canvas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINIMUM HIRE DURATION

The minimum hire period is 2 hours.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of your booking start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling outside of the 48-hour window must be approved by G Studios.

 

PAYMENT

Full payment is required upon booking, no exceptions.

 

BOOKING START TIMES

All booking start times are final. The client’s time starts at the designated booking time. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive prior to or on the start time.

 

CONTENT STUDIO EQUIPMENT

Content studio hire includes 2 lights, 2 stands, 2 soft boxes, cyclorama, paper backdrop wall with 4 rolls, change rooms, wardrobe section, and a hair and makeup station. Any additional requirements must be requested prior to booking.

 

For additional chairs, props, background, and equipment not specified in your booking, additional charges may apply. Please contact us prior to your booking time.

 

Any gear hired from G Studios must not leave the premises under any circumstances.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Evening or early morning hire is available upon request but must be arranged with G Studios and attracts a 10% surcharge, plus GST.

 

Weekend bookings are available online and attract a 10% surcharge, plus GST.

 

If you need to extend your booking time and the space is available, approval must be granted by G Studios, and the extension rate will be invoiced upon completion of the booking.

 

NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in additional charges and/or potential banning of future bookings.

 

COMMUNAL SPACES

The use of communal spaces (lounge area and kitchenette) is included in all bookings, as long as you are respecting others using the space.

 

CLEANLINESS AND DAMAGES

The studio must be left in the same condition as found, or a cleaning fee of $95 will be charged.

Any damage to equipment or studio facilities will be charged to the client.

 

INSURANCE

G Studios has insured the studio premises against all normal insurable risks. The client is responsible for insuring their own equipment and personal property.

 

The client agrees to indemnify G Studios against any costs, including legal costs, damages, payments, fines, or interests incurred as a result of breaching this agreement.

 

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

G Studios reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice, if the client breaches any terms of this agreement as stated above.

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking with G Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions. This agreement covers present and future hire dates.
